CO Detector with Shutdown

The CO Detector can now be installed on the full range of domestic boilers.

From 1st Oct 2015 regulations require CO alarms to be installed in rented residential accommodation and in relation to houses in multiple occupation (HMOs), such as shared houses and bedsites.
Therefore CO detector's are being specified more and more for social housing contracts, and under best practice for installers.
We can fulfil this stipulation by supplying Viessmann equipment in conjunction with the boiler.

Benefits and features:

• Both Audio and Visual alarms
• Wired directly back to the boiler which also breaks the switch live to prevent firing.
• As wired to the boiler via the has pressure switch this produces a fault code which alerts the homeowner remotely if connected to a Vitoconnect/Vitocom.
• No batteries required

• Vitodens 200-W (older KMBUS version)
• Vitodens 222-F (older KMBUS version)
• Vitodens 242-F (older KMBUS version)

Please note this CO detector is not compatible with the new Vitodens 200 PLusBus series.
